Project Profile: VIP Creates An Outdoor Venue For Stanford's Mussallem Center

When Stanford University approached VIP Audio Visual Company to support an outdoor event, the objective was clear: to unveil the new logo for the Mussallem Center for Biodesign, with the logo itself as the centerpiece of the occasion.

To meet this challenge, we created an impressive 10’ x 17’ high-resolution LED screen as a backdrop to the stage. The screen’s scale ensured visibility for all attendees, while its brightness—set to only 75% even under full sunlight—maintained crisp, vibrant clarity. By using our cutting-edge 3.9mm LED panels, we showcased the logo in remarkable detail and color accuracy.

Beyond the LED wall, our team provided comprehensive audio support, computer graphics, and full technical operations to bring the event to life. We’re honored to have contributed to this milestone event for Stanford University and the Mussallem Center for Biodesign, helping to make this moment both memorable and visually impactful.
